Our wish is the individual requirements of our customers. This applies specifically to:
List of requirements / assistance with coffee concept. Provision of pictures and texts for coffee menu design. Technical clarification (e.g. machine parameters, water). Planning of required flavour profiles and implementation of coffee training courses on customer premises. Controls in relation to quality assurance (and consistency). All our field sales representatives are SCAE certified baristas (level 2) and certified ACC Coffee Masters. This guarantees target-oriented and technically correct execution.

Information
We actively track trends in the market and in the individual regions. Our sales staff receive regular guidance and are happy to give their customers information updates. Training
We run a series of one-day coffee training courses on an ongoing basis. Our customers and partners are given priority when registering for these.
Some of these coffee education programmes are carried out in partnership with designated experts at the Alpine Coffee Centre. A few of these partners run additional courses. You will find these under www.alpinecoffee.ch and corresponding links. The aim is sustained collective improvement and the impartation of new knowledge and techniques relating to coffee. The training programmes are focused on practical use and run in line with the philosophy that “All that counts is the result in the cup”. |
